Growing up, I played competitive tennis—a sport often seen as solo. But my favorite memories weren’t from winning singles matches. They were from playing doubles and showing up for my team in high-stakes rivalries.
The same has been true throughout my career as it has evolved from consulting to startups to tech. Whether I was facing hard decisions, navigating change, or trying to figure out what really matters, I never got there alone. I had a team.
